In my experience, Firefox does the following: It sends people per e-mail a security code that does not work for sign-on identification purposes! It does so repeatedly. Why?

Firefox or Firefox-Support appears to "expire without notice" both ID's and passwords! Happened several times! How come?

I copy and paste these id's and passwords, so typos are not the reason. I deal with countless websites that have id's, passwords and e-mailed security codes, and I only have trouble on the Firefox website, not with any of the others. What is the reason for that?

It makes it difficult to reach support! Answers never happen, or are insufficient when they do! When one asks a question that is not "politically or technically correct", then one gets the "deleted from Firefox support" treatment. I had to get a new e-mail and password just to tell you this, because some of the so-called "support people" delete questions and accounts they don't want to deal with. This is no way to treat customers! Really! Sorry, but even volunteer support people can do better. I am trying to be nice, but I just had to say this.
