I'm not sure I understand your request. Firefox has completely separate storage for saved logins and for bookmarks. There isn't any way to move things between them.

On the other hand, if you want to move bookmarks from one place to another, that's definitely possible. The Library window has a navigation pane on the left side that lets you switch between viewing the three categories: Toolbar, Menu, and Other. Do you need to move items between the categories?
