In about:config "media.peerconnection.ice.obfuscate_host_addresses" doesn't appear to be documented. can anybody guide me on it's use or where to find documentation?

i'm interested in settings surrounding protecting ip/internal/address leakage. i don't have a vpn or proxy but i don't want my geo location to be broadcast and identified by ip-address. probably nothing i can do in the browser as ISP assigns the ip address, but all info is good.
