Popup windows not displaying their content

I use a music publishing site to publish my own sheet music. Quite recently one of the features of the website has stopped working. There is an option after a file has been uploaded to view it on my account page as a popup. Files are stored on the site as pdfs. There are also sound files which do not have issues. The attached is a screengrab of what i am seeing.

The feature works ok in IE/Edge, but I have reasons not to use those browsers. I much prefer Firefox.

It's possible that the embedded file is being blocked by Firefox's mixed content blocking.

If that doesn't help, press F12 on your keyboard to open the Firefox Developer Tools and select Console along the top. Send a screenshot of any errors that appear.

I have turned off security for this page. Pop-up blockers are also off.

The attached is the requested screengrab, but it only shows logs - no errors.
