Is there a way to lock Firefox app on Mac?

Neong KELEAAD

I am finding a solution where i can lock Firefox app on my Mac just like i did it on my smartphone using "App Lock". I think it's very important due to Firefox is the portal to any websites (email, bank, etc).

Is there any solution for this?

Can you explain what you mean by "App lock"? Also, please update to Firefox 69, it's more secure than 68

This is what i meant by app lock: https://www.lifewire.com/lock-apps-android-4583099.

Yes, I'm already using the latest version (Firefox 69).

You can use a Master Password in Firefox to protect your saved passwords: How to set up a master password

Note that the MP only prevents accessing the Firefox Password Manager and doesn't prevent using Firefox from accessing internet. To lock browsers you can use some kind of parental software or otherwise lock the Firefox application in your OS or firewall.

I am looking for a solution which can totally lock down the firefox app (protect my bookmarks, history, preferences etc) not only protecting the saved password.

That is not possible. You should have a secure user account with disk encryption so only you can log onto your computer user account. That's the proper way to do what you want.
