I'm sorry to hear you can't access your account. Have you checked your spam folder?

Try a search for accounts@firefox.com in your email.

I am locked out too. This help section is useless, doesn't help one bit. Oh well, back to Chrome it is then.

I can get into my Firefox account, but even though from what I am reading I should be able to sync and just download my bookmarks on this new computer I am not logged into sync. I use my email and password in the sync login in box and it tells me that my account has been locked. Ive been limping along with firefox broken like this for quite some time because the help wasnt helpful and I couldnt get anyone to respond to help to fix the problem Ive used firefox for many years and never had a problem. What can I do?

I just now found that email in my spam folder from 7 months ago.... and I clicked into the site from that email. Everything is fine now. I added this email to my contacts just to make sure I never miss it again.

So far I get emails sent to me from the forum and I can send emails to myself, but I never get an email from sync that allows me to unlock my account. There is nothing in my spam and of course not because I am getting email from the forum and I am using my firefox account.

Sync says to log in I log in I do but it says my account is locked and I get no email. It says the email bounced but yet the forum can send it to the same email address and I am logged in my firefox account.

I would have gave up a long time a go and switch to IE or Chrome but Ive used firefox for years and I wasnt quite ready to give up yet

what's this bullshit ? i was "locked out" myself AND YES i checked spam and ALL OTHER BUT NO VERIFICATION CODE WAS SENT TO ANYWHERE TO THAT ACCOUNT , and INSTEAD of getting actuall "support" we get directed to this page to bitch about it ? WTF if you LOCK OUT then be available to fix morons

3 DAYS and STILL " locked out " of account with ABSOLUTELY no " support " ? can not sync bookmarks or settings even though i AM LOGGED into the account NOW ! i have always used and loved using this browser but after this i think it is time to move on from firefox. THREE DAYS and i can not get single person to click on an icon to FIX my account problem ? 3 DAYS , MANY hours of clicking "support " (LMAO , AS IF) only to be REDIRECTED into the SAME loop of NON-SENSE forums . at this point i do not know if firefox is going stay "installed" on this computer if "supportZ" ever read this anyway
