I even tried via IE (with Firefox off) without success.
</p><p>But just an hour or so ago I found a solution!
Real Player had signed me out and in order to sign in again I found that the simplest way to do so was to remove it and start again, which I did.
And when the 'new' Real Player started up I was asked to sign in and they also said that they recommended Chrome and provided a link to download it from. That I did - successfully, even though Firefox was still running!
Strange world.
