I am no longer able to access ANY of the sites I need to access in order to do my job: JPAS; DISS, SWFT, NCAISS; NISS (all .mil). I can get to the JPAS site, but it doesn't read my PKI certs. I cannot even get to NCAISS due to receiving Secure Connection Failed and now there is no way to bypass this. There used to be an Advanced option. I am completely cut off from NISS due this and I need to access it! The government is unhelpful because I'm using a Mac. Everything was working just fine until this last Firefox update. I am able to access JPAS, DISS and SWFT via Chrome, but I cannot access NCAIS/NISS with Chrome.

PLEASE HELP!!!

I saw that article, but I see nothing in it that tells me how to resolve the issue. It basically says you can't view it and to contact the websites owners. Since the US Gov't is the owner, they don't really have any interest in resolving it since I'm using a Mac. Everything worked a little over a week ago and suddenly it doesn't. Try Again doesn't work. So, based on that page, does that mean there is no resolution to this issue?

It looks that none of the cipher suites your Firefox version supports are supported by the server and Firefox reaches the end of the list with available cipher suites.

What security software do you have?

You can check your browser.

You can check the server to see if there is a match possible.

Thank you. I will try this. I am to the point where I need to get some IT involved as I am seeing Firewall when I check my browser. Will post again once I get some assistance and see if I can resolve with any of this information.

I am still unable to find a resolution to this problem. I am not running any security software. I tried the second link above and for psa.dmdc.osd.mil the response I received was "unable to resolve domain name."

I've not found anyone who has been able to assist me. Fortunately Chrome is working on all the sites I need to access, but I would very much like to resolve this if there is any resolution. Thank you.
