The scroll bar on the right side of the screen does not respond properly. Arrow keys appear to have no effect. When AND IF Firefox brings up a new page it winds up being interspersed onto the old page. I have already tried refresh -- nothing. I tried reinstalling Firefox but that did not change anything. Did you get your Firefox from Mozilla or somewhere else?

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

You currently have the Firefox version from the Ubuntu repositories, so if you want to keep this version then you need to check this in Ubuntu software management. Ubuntu makes changes to its own branded Firefox version, so this version might behave differently.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (66.0.3) in all languages and all operating systems here:

You can also consider to contact Ubuntu for support.
