Every time i open firefox i am told to install the Rapport@trusteer.com.xpi add on. I have followed your vidio instructions but when i come to install it i receive the error message This add on cannot be opened because it appears to be corrupt.

Is there anything i can do.

Rapport addon is not a firefox program but separate developer that creates addon for firefox. If you having problem uninstall or removing it you should could the developer for help on how to remove it.

This is not something that Mozilla or the Firefox web browser insists on it being installed.
