i have version 59.0.2

ive tried numerous times to save login & password for a site, but it wont save. I have block ups on too, but when i go to the site, I always get a pop when logging in. Ive checked all the setting that i know of. can anyone else offer a suggestion as to how i can get the password and login to save. it seems to work on safari so i know that the site allows it. Not so much worried about the pop up add, as it only comes while logging in. tks for any help!! the site is finescale.com

If this is the problem, a form-filling add-on may not be affected.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Tks for the feed back. I don't use add - on's, just to cut down on downloading 3rd party software as much as possible..... As mentioned, I can save password and login info for the site on IE, Safari and Chrome. So i don't see why Firefox won't let me?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

This doesn't look like a real form, but in this case some input fields and a login button are present. If you can't save this login then Firefox doesn't seem to recognize it as a login form.
