I refreshed Firefox instead of starting it with the Add-ons disabled. Now I've lost everything, can I go back?

Any tab I wanted to open simply wouldn't, so I Thought I should restart Firefox with the Add-ons disabled. By mistake I chose Refrsh, and now everything is gone. Bookmarks and Add-ons. I've already read the relative questions and answers, no help there. I need this resolved fast, it's like I've never used a browser before.

Have your cell log out of sync to protect its data.

If you can, Copy the profile on the cell to a safe place on the computer.

I called for more help.

No, unfortunately I don't. I don't seem to have such a file anywhere in my computer. And the thing is, I tried to restore at least my bookmarks from my phone, but now I have another problem. I couldn't log in so I had to change my account password. So now, I have all my bookmarks on my phone, and if I let it sync to the laptop I'll lose everything from there to.

Thank you very much for your advice!

I solved it finally. What I did, was log out of sync, and then change the bookmarks' location on the cell. So, instead of them being on the cell's bookmarks file, they were seen as being on the computers' file, although they were still on the cell. Then I logged in on my profile, I turned the sync on and after a short while they were back on my computer, working just fine.

Thank you so much for your time and effort, I hope someone else finds this solution helpful too.

Glad to help. Safe Surfing.

As a precaution, Copy the current profile to another folder on the hard drive. Repeat this once in a while although daily would mean less data loss.
