I posted this problem: Cannot access my email terry@xxxxxxxxx.xxx that I have through Yahoo. (I simplify my earlier)message here: The error message says: "Your connection is not secure" it mentions this as a problem: "us.mg4.mail.yahoo.com" My attachment of the screenshot would not download on my previous request to you.

I have followed the instructions on the page but am in a loop and cannot get anywhere. Please help me retrieve my email as it is on my promo material. I am an upstart freelance illustrator writer and NEED MY terry@terrylims.com EMAIL!

jscher2000, thanks. I was desperate and happy to report I just solved my problem by going to the Yahoo page and following their directions. But will use your directions later for my desk top to see if it will work there.

The Yahoo! site came up with a page (I'm paraphrasing) "cannot connect here, go to the device you use most often".

I followed the suggestions and am now accessing the mailbox. All best and thanks for responding!
