Hi hope1069, sorry to hear about the crashes.

That particular report has incomplete information about what Firefox was doing at the time of the crash. It does indicate "System Memory Use Percentage: 95" which means memory was nearly full. That often is Firefox's fault, bit since this seems to have been a crash at startup, it could have been the result of having many applications running at once.

How often to the crashes occur and have you noticed any particular pattern leading up to them?

If you have more crash report IDs which might provide additional context, could you post those? (If the about:crashes page is not working, you may be able to get them from disk: Firefox crashes - asking for support.)

Hello jscher2000.

So let me understand. the firefox can crash if my system memory use is at 95%? I few months ago I almost reached full memory and firefox did not crash on me.

The crash only started last night, you are probably right as my son keeps a few tabs open at the same time. I am on safe mode now and have only two tabs open. I have many crash reports, here is the last one from 1:31AM I copied the first ID number on the top of the report. it does not start with bp hope this helps.
