Firefox crashes
when I updated firefox to the last version of ver 49 my browser ran slow & frequently crashed. I determined that Facebook was the cause, submitted many crash reports to which I never received any response. I determined it was fb as when I opened my homepages I closed fb and it worked fine. Also fb works fine in my Opera & Chrome Browsers, (I do not use IE for ANYTHING)at the same time I updated ff I also upgraded my Kaspersky Total Security (KAS)to the 2017 version, (this occurred before I updated KAS). Do not post Troubleshooting Information just yet. Let us look at the reports first.
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Update Kaspersky. If there is still a problem, disable it as a test.

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
The first things I did was 1 update Flash, the current edition was installed. second update Shockwave; no change, third, de-activate KAS; no change also Submitted Tech request with KAS, their recommendations too complicated to perform. 4th restart FF with add ons disabled; no change 5th, 6th, 7th &8th tried previous again; no change Refreshed browser; All my settings were deleted, still same. Tried to update my Graphics card, update failed continually all windows updates are current. Appreciate the sfc suggestion it is running now. will reply again when finished.
Win Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
