incorrect time on firefox...will not hold change data...
Hell... I set a time on my computers (I am running linux lite on four pc/s)... and lately... they will not hold the time I set...I am not a computer tech type person...but if I had to guess...I would say some recent upgrade of firefox has changed the location with which my computers maintain their time... I live in kingsport, tn and just switched to daylight savings time (eastern standard) and now ...all of my computers are showing a time that is one hour in advance of what it should be... I have reset and reset and reset...and the problem continues...this is not a major issue...but it is annoying...how do I fix this... thanks... Keller

Perhaps I did not explain the problem clearly: when I set up linux lite I had to pick a time zone...I selected new york (eastern standard time)... my time in kingsport, tn is the same as that in new york, city... but if you look at the set time and date options in linux lite...you will see it controlled by OTC ( a universal time control...word wide)... but when daylight savings time kicks in... there is a one hour difference between my local time and the OTC...universal time control...and when I adjust that time...it will not stay adjusted.. it does not show my local time...it show the OTC time... I have not noticed this problem before... but I have it now... and it is not related to a website...it is a linux lite os issue... I tried unselecting the OTC and my computer stopped working...so that is not an option... now...do you understand the problem ? Keller

As far as I know, Firefox just queries your system for the time -- it doesn't keep its own time or set the system time.
Are you seeing this issue on particular websites?

Maybe try to use a different time server if the current one isn't working properly for you.
