Dear Mozilla, Firerfox is crashing when I close tabs. Unfortunately not every time but very regularly. Please can you help? I have the latest version of MacOSX, the latest version of Firefox and have most add-ons set to ask to activate - although on checking this I found the facebook video calling plugin was activated. That are problems with Trusteer software (trf.dylib and RapportUtil1.dylib) as you can see if you inspect the crash report by clicking the link.

Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now. Mac:System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport

really really appreciate a quick and knowledgeable reply - I won't know if it has solved the issue for a week or so - however has very much the feel of a right answer and problem solved so many thanks
