I am just F*&%ing TIRED if FF NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!! I just updated to the latest version (for Win 7) and it TOTALLY FUCKED ME!!!!!! Not only was I NOT seeing images after the update, but when I logged on to your web page, it seemed that the ONLY solution was to REFRESH. Upon doing so, I HAD ***NO*** idea that it was gonna WIPE OUT my plugins... specifically Session Manager!!!! NO WARNING NO NOTHING!!! NOW it its GONE. EVERY SINGLE SESSION that I had saved... GONE... FOREVER!!!!!! You people are idiots!!! WHY WHY WHY would you not warn someone about pending data loss?!!!!!! EVERYTHING that I have worked hard for is now GONE GONE GONE!!!! Thank you FireFucks!! After the refresh, I went to see what might be happening with my plugins (since I rely HEAVILY on Session Manager!) and it was NOT listed nor was any of my others!!!! GONE!!! POOF!!! YEARS OF WORK... GONE!!!!

Not to mention how FF CONSTANTLY crashed... several times DAILY on my Android device. You people are absolute idiots!! Put your game controllers down and sharpen your pencils!!!! What? Is your company run by a bunch of dope smoking 20 somethings who haven't got a clue of common sense? WTF!!!!

hi, first of all i think you need to take a deep breath... the refresh dialog tells you in clear terms that addons & their settings will be "removed" before you get to the point to perform the refresh.

the procedure will create a backup of your profile on your desktop in a folder labeled "old firefox data". in case you depend on that data there will be ways to restore it, however i feel that due to the tone in your original question this thread can't take a constructive turn anymore. if you are still interested in resolving the issue please open a new question in a calmer way. please also refer to our Mozilla Support rules and guidelines!
