It is not possible to rearrange the order of your Bookmarks List on your Android device. However, if you sync Firefox Android to Firefox desktop your bookmarks will appear in a folder on your desktop called "mobile bookmarks" You can change the order of your bookmarks from that folder and sync the changes made on your desktop to your Android device.
