After I uninstalled Webroot Secure Anywhere, FF crashed once more. I restarted my computer and it hasn't happened since. We'll see what the rest of the day and tomorrow bring.

If you have no further Firefox crashes since uninstalling Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus, post back and let us know so that we can mark this question "solved" as far as Firefox goes.

If Webroot or one of its components was in fact causing your Firefox crashes, and you would like to see if you can get it working on Windows 10, here's a link to their support forum where you can ask for help:

  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

As a test, remove Webroot SecureAnywhere from your system.

Try disabling your Webroot Filtering Extension.

I have disabled Webroot Filtering Extension and will try it for a while and report back later to let you know if this has solved the problem.

Disabling Webroot Filtering Extension did not solve the problem. FF crashed again. I could try removing Webroot Secure Anywhere from my computer but then I'd have no virus protection. Suggestions?

Did you disable the Webroot Filtering Extension in your Firefox Add-ons Extensions list and restart Firefox? See Disable or remove Add-ons.

If Firefox still crashes after disabling the extension, you could try removing WebRoot Secure Anywhere from your computer and use the built-in Windows Defender antivirus program in Windows 10. See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/getstarted-protect-your-pc More here: http://www.howtogeek.com/220232/how-to-use-the-built-in-windows-defender-antivirus-on-windows-10/

Yes, I did disable the Webroot Filtering Extension in the Firefox Add-ons and it didn't help. FF still crashed.

I have now just uninstalled Webroot Secure Anywhere. I will again try FF for a while to see if this has solved the problem and will report back today or tomorrow with the (hopefully good) results.
