Firefox crashes all the time, I think it's Adobe Flash.

This has been happening for a couple of months now. Firefox has been crashing ever so often, and because it usually happens when flash content is being run; i.e., a video or a web game. Another reason that leads me to believe this is Flash is that before I had this problem, flash would eat up my CPU, and I would be peaking at 100%! Another problem that I am having right now: I can't have two Flash things actively running at the same time, or else Flash will crash, for example, a video and a game. Ads don't seem to crash Flash as often, but it will sometimes happen, especially if there is a lot of moving content. Anyways, you can look at some crash logs to try and figure out what is happening with my issues.

This is not a cure, but should let the web page load without crashing.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it

Yeah, I have been getting lots of high memory usage from Firefox, which is likely crashing when I have no memory. The other thing that eats up more memory than Firefox is Service Host: Local System. Any idea why?

I tried some of the solutions, and will let you know if they work. In the meantime, there's this memory report that might be helpful: http://pastebin.com/ynqsEpsV

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:

OK, so I decided to put new RAM in my computer, hoping that it would solve the problem. It didn't. I didn't notice any high usage from Task Manager of any kind when Firefox crashes, but it usually crashes when I try to download a file, particularly a big one, or if I try to download more than one file at the same time. I do not notice any high CPU or RAM usage in Task Manager. Here are my last 5 crash reports:
