hello, first please make sure that the date, time & timezone are set correctly on your system. if this doesn't solve the issue (or it is already set properly), a possible solution depends on different factors:

• what is the error code shown under technical details on the error page?

in case the error code equals sec_error_unknown_issuer, please attempt to add an exception on the bottom of the error page in order to inspect the certificate like it is shown on the screenshot attached:

• which issuer information does the certificate contain?

Hi, Thank you very much for taking the time to respond & help - yes the date/time/zone are ok - I attach images of screenshots, it does not even allow me to permanently add exception as this is 'greyed out' Any advice gratefully received Best regards

thank you, unfortunately the site uses an intermediate certificate but isn't properly configured to do so, as it doesn't provide a full certificate chain to the browser: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=surveyhub.globaltestmarket.com

in order to work around that, just visit https://www.globaltestmarket.com once, afterwards you should be able to access that surveyhub page as well...
