I am getting these popup ads that are signed ads by offerswizard. I have tried refreshing Mozilla to uninstalling and reinstalling new. No good. None of the popup blockers I have tried have worked. The different antivirus/malware software do not seem to see them as a virus or malware. (kapersky, mcafee, microsoft essentials, iobit asc/malware, plus some of the free ones available. Any help on how go get rid of this. I have gone as far as restoring my laptop several times and no go. Using Asus, windows 7 home.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

I tried the steps detailed in the tips list. That didn't resolve my issues and popups continued. It wasn't until I installed and ran the malware software they recommended that I finally found the solution to my problem. I highly recommend you try the software and relieve the frustrations from the popups.
