ID - bp-5e4c59ab-b91f-4ed8-9f2d-acebb2150713 .

I keep working and my browser crashes every 1 hr. It doesn't matter if I open Facebook or Youtube or any other website. It first goes black on certain parts and then suddenly closes all the browsers and asks me to restart firefox. Its very annoying. Please help.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: All of your Adobe software is out of date.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.
