Hey JimJoann, Is this only when Firefox is running? or can you replicate it when Firefox is not running. Also may I ask what Operating system you're running (WIndows, Mac OSX, Linux, BSD etc. ) and what version? (XP, Vista, Mountain Lion ,Ubuntu 14.04 etc.) It's a really big question you asked and I want to narrow it down.

Re: Frozen arrow cursor: Happens often for me too now. But not in the past.....so might be due to upgrades? I am using FF 35 and Mac Yosemite (lots of new problems!)

If your Firefox has been crashing can you paste the crash links here. you can get them by going to about:crashes and right clicking, selecting copy link location, and paste it here (this can help pinpoint what's causing problems).

JimJoan: It's very likely an add-on is causing your difficulty. also some of the add-ons you seem to have installed might point to possible malware. Please give these next to articles a read through and you should have a clean and tidy Firefox install.
