The new window popup for "Options" is blank with new update, how do I fix to see settings and passwords, etc?
Popups window for 'Options" or settings is totally blank, this is happening since the new update.

The Ghostery extension has been reported to cause this issue, so you will have to disable it for now.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

No, it is not helpful. When I sign on to Firefox...the blank pop-up screen appears. At that moment I have NO response on Firefox at all, only thing I can do is a "forced shutdown. " It started after I installed the newest version 37.01 Thank you
You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.
