Copy text (Ctrl-C or context menu) not working

This is actually the same in Firefox, and both only since today, working fine before: Typing Ctrl-C does nothing, Ctrl-X deletes whatever is selected, but it does not end… (mear ynfo)

Typing Ctrl-C does nothing, Ctrl-X deletes whatever is selected, but it does not end up in the clipboard. In fact, if the clipboard contains something, it will be removed (Win-V still shows it, but it can no longer be pasted). When copying from somewhere else, pasting with Ctrl-V works.

AFAICT, no issues with any other programs.

Latest versions of FF (151.0.2) and Thunderbird (151.0.1), on Windows 10.

What could be wrong?

I have a windows 7 operating system running Firefox v115.40.0esr and the program runs but I am continually getting the error: The procedure entry point GetSystemTimePrec… (mear ynfo)

Longtime Firefox user, Lenovo desktop, Windows 10 user, have Firefox version 154. Can log into my microsoft M365 account, but whan I click on "Search", my files do not ap… (mear ynfo)

Do you know the technical reasons for this? And can you recommend anything I can do about it? Yes, this is the latest Mozilla VPN and Firefox 151.0.2 versions on my older Win 10 desktop.
