I installed Firefox and Firefox Beta on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra tablet. It will not let me log into my Firefox account. When I try scanning the QR Code from Firefox on my Windows Device, it scans the QR Code, but nothing happens. If I click log in with "email" nothing happens. I am signed in on my Windows Computer no problem, but Android will not let me on my Tablet, but let me log in on my Samsung Z Fold 7 Android phone. My Tablet is running Android 16 with Samsung UI 8.5, everything is up to date.

Account synchronisation has stopped working. If I open the browser on my mobile device without using a VPN, the browser says I’m not logged in. However, if I open the browser via a VPN, everything loads correctly. Could this be because I live in Russia? I’m using the latest version of Firefox from Google Play on my device.

Hello, I have an issue with the history not being synced between my Android smartphone and my Windows PC/s.

History synchronizes just fine between my PCs (Win 10/11). Other sync functions between my phone and PC work just fine - checking the open tabs on another device, sending a tab to another device.

I am currently using 2 "sets" of Firefoxes on my devices with 2 different accounts, and the issue is present on both:

Set 1: Firefox - PC1 (Win10), PC2 (Win11), Phone (Motorola Edge 40 NEO) Set 2: Firefox Nightly - PC (Win11), Phone (Motorola Edge 40 NEO)

I already updated Firefox everywhere, logged out and in, cleared the cache & storage, restarted my phone etc.

Sync does not transfer settings; preferences, extensions, etc. on mobile and there does not seem to be a way to do so at all. Terrible user experience setting up a new phone with Firefox.

sync not working from: desktop to pixel 10 pro. desktop has folders and subfolders.

In addition sync not working from pixel 6 to desktop. pixel 6 is setup with folders and subfolders. There are approx 300 bookmarks

Installed Firefox on new android. When I try to sign in using sync the camera doesn't recognize the QR code on laptop pair screen, turned up brightness, hold closer and further away etc but just doesn't recognize. If I log in using email my passwords, history etc do not transfer.

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

You can help by letting my sync be turned on so you can see I've only one device and quit asking me to keep signing in a device already signed in . Then you might not be confused about how many devices I'm actually using

pixel 6 bookmarks are not syncing to desktop. I am signed in on both the pixel and desktop. Have used the QR code. Tried several times after rebooting both the phone and desktop. I have folders and subfolders set up on the pixel 6 for several hundred bookmarks.

Firefox for Android has stopped syncing (in the three-dot menu it says "Sign back in to synchronise: Synchronisation paused"). I tap that, tap "Reconnect to sync", enter my username and password, click "Sign in" and.... nothing happens. The "Sign in" button is greyed in, and it seems I have signed in because I get the email alerts about the new sign in, but the page does not redirect/tell the browser that sign in was successful.

Please could this be fixed so I can sync my bookmarks & open tabs?

I have now tried every fix available that I have found online and none of them match what I am experiencing. If I am browsing on my phone and want to save it as a book mark i am unable to choose where to save it under my bookmarks. It just says save to bookmarks. Now i try and find that bookmark on my laptop but to no avail. The Mozilla bookmarks are terrible and unfortunately to say here EDGE kicks Mozillas butt. Both Laptop and Phone are on my only profile. I then also found that the search history is limited and wont show all history. Tried all fixes on web. Not one works. May have to revert to EDGE.
