Over the past few months, there would be occasions in which my history and bookmarks get deleted without me cleaning my browser. More recently, my tabs themselves would get deleted and today, only one of my tabs loaded upon launching my previous session. When I closed and reopened the browser, it only registered the one tab that loaded from my previous session. Is there some incompatibility with my browser and something else that might cause this?

so i had a bunch of bookmarks saved, and when i logged in today they are gone, replaced with a message For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. manage bookmarks (link)

so when I use the link I cant restore bookmarks, cant seem to save new bookmarks, and the FAQ section isnt helping, some of the stps they talk about are greyed out in my version, so I cant click on them etc.

Is this a windows 10 issue? Am I the only one having this problem?

See subject above Getting my old firefox browser back, or my profile back from yesterday. I was firced to select a personal new profile, but when I did I lost all my tabs and history !

Hello! I accidentally logged into my account after switching to a new computer, creating a new recovery key. Now i do not have access to all my saved passwords. I have my recovery key but cannot find where should I type it to get back all my information. Is it possible to recover my information using the original recovery key, not the one I accidentally created? I really need to get the access to all my saved passwords, please help me with it. I've lost my bookmarks after Firefox restarted after computer crash today. The bookmarks library is empty, and I could not find another profile. I could not find "Old Firefox Date" on my desktop.

I'm on a Macbook Air, Apple M2, Sequoia 15.3.1

I use Firefox (the current version) on a Dell Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have around 8800 bookmarks, and I've lost around half the tags on my bookmarks. (The bookmarks themselves are OK; I'm losing about half of the tabs.,) This has happened to me twice recently, and I'm restoring the bookmarks as I write these words.(after I'm finished, I'll save two copies of the HTML file for backups. Can anybody tell me why this is happpening, aaand How I can prevent it in the future?
