Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps, but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox. When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this, don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. I am a tech dinosaur!Thank you in advance for any help.Lesley

We still use some Dell 13g servers equipped with idrac 8. When I'm trying to launch the virtual Console the window opens up but nothing shows. This used to work fine in previous versions of Firefox. I can't tell from which version it stopped but it's not long ago. Also idrac 9 console works fine in Firefox When trying to open console idrac 8 in Chrome it works fine Any idea what could be causing it? Any config switch to tweak?

Version 120 (PC) continuously crashes and asks me to refresh and nothing happens (including after rebooting) so I had no choice to uninstall. I normally trust your updates but I'm really regretting this one. Can you help me not switch over to chrome? Maybe you're already aware of this bug and will have it fixed soon.

Firefox on Windows keeps telling me that my tab has crashed every time i open a new tab. I have tried turning off all my extensions and add-ons, clearing the cache and cookies, turning off hardware acceleration, reinstalling the browser, clearing the appdata files and finally removing any and all firefox files in mozilla folders i could find on my computer, but nothing works. Strangely enough it works only when i open it in troubleshooting mode, even though I've reinstalled the browser 4 times now. It was working just fine earlier, but when i turned on my computer it would not work. The only thing i did in between it working and not working was play a videogame on Steam. Please help, this is driving me crazy. I am using an MSI 64-bit laptop and the latest version of Firefox 64-bit.
