Starting on June 9 2026 my Rockland Trust banking website will not open also other bank websites not opening or take several minutes to open, also other websites not opening. All these websites opened before June 9 2026. I have done all the recommended steps even uninstalling an reinstalling Firefox. What did Firefox do, as I had made no changes. I can open all these websites on other browsers, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc. I want to keep using Firefox but I can't if websites won't open. Clare O'Brien

There was nothing wrong everything was running perfect and smooth but then out of nowhere my youtube froze and I couldn't press anything on youtube tab, I could still close it or press the buttons on the sides/corners but on the youtube, it also doesn't refresh, this only happens on youtube and only on firefox when on other browsers, yes I unchecked hardware acceleration, I restarted my firefox many times, I cleared the cache, today I turned my adblockers too, i thought it turned into how it was before but then it froze again and now I couldn't even see youtube it was just black screen on that tab, like what do I do here, do I switch browsers? It eventually starts playing again after I wait for some minutes but I don't want that, I want it to work like how it did before this happened. Why did it even happen?!

When I do a search on firefox I keep getting the following error and have to go through the CAPTCHA BS.

I want to be able to make voice and video calls via facebook messenger using my PC camera and microphone but, the message I get is that "voice and video are not supported on this browser (Firefox/Mozilla) . It is supported on other browsers. I really don't want to switch browsers, I love firefox. I did find a couple possible fixes via advanced WebRTC settings but everything seems fine, i.e. it is clicked on true not false. I need this soon, can we get settings changed?

I've recently switched to Firefox but am finding some of the performance a bit cumbersome. I am continually being asked to hit "Send" ["To display this page, Firefox must send information ..."] when I am logging into my Outlook email or looking at my bank information. I'd rather not be "resending" these pages each time and am wondering if there is a setting.

Recently, I've been having a problem with signing in to things via my Google account – the problem being that I can't.

Whenever I click on the "sign in with Google", it redirects me to the "accounts.google.com" page, prompting me to choose my account, but once I do, I get redirected to "accounts.google.com/gsi/transform", which is just a blank page with nothing in it (see image attached).

I know this is not a problem with Google, as I have no problem signing in anywhere else.

This happened to me once before, but the reason was one of my extensions, which for some reason interfered with the sign in; however, this time this solution does not work. I tried disabling every single one of my extensions, turning all kinds of protections in the settings on and off, deleting all cache for all relevant sites, but to no avail.

I of course also tried looking this problem up on the internet, but whenever I found someone with this problem, the solution that worked for them was always just disabling an extension.

I'm currently trying to use Firefox due to issues with Google Chrome on Microsoft but as I use eBay for selling items I normally copy and paste to my multiple items selling but as I try to paste something to my ad I see no paste feature on the list of options?. Why can't I use paste on Firefox?. Thanks

Today following a brief power outage I was no longer able to sign in to AOL with Firefox on my desktop computer. I am able to sign in to all other apps with no problem. I tried clearing my cache, restarted Firefox, restarted my computer and spent 30 minutes on remote desktop access assistance with AOL trying to fix the problem with no success. I can log in to my account using Chrome on the desktop computer and can log in with no problem using my Android phone but can't log in using my desktop computer with Firefox. I've verified that my Firefox version is updated. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice.

We have a intranet site that works in Edge and Chrome without issues with the site added to "internet options". But for some reason we are getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to access it from Firefox. I have tried adding the urls to: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies: true network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn: true network.auth.force-generic-ntlm: false network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1: false

Ingocnito mode , same error. I have tried disabling all plugins. Disabled DNS over HTTPS.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. The website opens normally in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and on mobile devices, but some users have reported that it either loads very slowly or does not open correctly in Mozilla Firefox.

I have already checked:

SSL certificate Website hosting DNS settings Cache and cookies Mobile responsiveness

However, the issue still seems to occur for some Firefox users.

I am running Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 147. Beginning the second week of Feb, Chase bank will not allow me to log into their system. They say I have to have Windows 10 or higher and Firefox 128. I am running 147. What else can I do?

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.

Since Firefox's previous update, I am no longer able to log into my bank account. I have done everything suggested in the help menu. I've cleared cookies, etc. What changed overnight? I can go to Chrome and long in just fine. Just not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

I am encountering more and more websites with problems they attribute to Firefox. Many of them recommend using Chrome or Edge and some insist upon it or they will no longer support problems. Direct TV will no longer work with Firefox at all and they will not fix it. Several of my other regular websites will work partially, but have pages that simply will not work with Firefox. I have resisted using Chrome or Edge for years but it is getting harder and harder to do as on line systems continue to have problems with Firefox and their only suggestion is to use Chrome (which works when Firefox doesn't). Any ideas/suggestions?

I have a Wordpress.org blog. In the past few months, Firefox has developed a conflict with my site. I can no longer save posts in draft or publish mode. Similarly, it will not autosave or save a post revision. When I try to do so, the homepage displays instead of the post edit page. Also, when I try to use the WP image functionality I can upload the image to my server, but it fails to insert it into the post edit box. I can 'manually insert the code and the image will display.

Troubleshoot mode, clearing the cache did not work. But I could perform all these functions in private mode. I can't figure out whether this is a browser issue or a WP issue or a conflict between the two.

I have none of these problems in Chrome.
