The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

At the last FF update, I discovered that I had VPN on my top status bar but what does it do?

I have v. 150.0.1 (64 bit). Also Windows 11. I live in France and the only reason to use a VPN is to watch a UK soap which I cannot watch by any other means unless it's live on the TV. I know how to turn it on (obvious), so when I use the BBC website, this is what I do. But it makes not the slightest bit of difference as I am still recognised as being outside the UK.

Am I not doing something please?

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

The Firefox VPN is installed and on...it had been working great...but now, it's on, but not using any data...the data status bar stays at 50%....like it's not running...what's going on with it? Thanks!

Mozilla has been bragging about the free built-in Firefox VPN for months now. I still don't see it. I'm on the latest release (151.0.3) but I don't see any way to access it. I know they've said it would be a phased rollout but it's been a long time coming already. Am I doing somethin wrong?

I am trying to find and activate the free Firefox VPN offered. I had the VPN icon on my tool bar then it disappeared a couple of weeks ago....the icon is not on my toolbar.....I have searched the tools...themes...customize toolbar to no avail...I can not find it anywhere. Can you help?...I am on a PC laptop using Windows 11.. Can you help?

I want to Cancel my VPN subscription Invoice number 6D299239-0005 dated May 31,2026. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I was not even on the computer until just now.

Whenever I connect to the VPN, any time I try to go to a website none of the sites will load. The site just sits on a blank page. I've tried to route through different countries and nothing works.

I would like to know what will happen with the VPN when the 50 monthly GB has been reached. Can we buy more?
