How can I (we) disable enhanced tracking so it's not loaded at all in the browser, i.e., we manually turn it on and off when needed? After this last update, some websites I visit are automatically crashing, the screen freezes, I cannot click on their navigation or products, it's become a horrible nightmare and it's not a good use of my time. I want to disable it.

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

I am not being allowed to access some websites because of my 'Do Not Track' status still being broadcast. I had the field set to 'Yes' when the field was removed. I am not allowed onto these other sites because of my 'Do Not Track' status. How can I fix this ? I was planning on using Firefox when I go to Apple silicon later this year - but not if I keep running into problems before I switch.

If I may offer my perspective, I believe the Enhanced Tracking Protection is a commendable choice. I'm afraid to say that I always get an error message on the TikTok website. I'm afraid I don't have the ability to circumvent this block. I would be very grateful if you could assist me in this matter. I believe I have a clear understanding of the website into which I wish to log in. It would be very helpful if there were an option to manually deactivate the protective features. <if i may offer my believe the enhanced tracking protection is a commendable choice. p></if>
