It looks like with this new version of Firefox I have to load my saved password file every time I start the browser, and even after doing the reload some of the passwords don't work forcing me to change them, and I would have to do another password save, but if I forget to do it and close the browser all the passwords are delete. I did not have this problem prior to this new install.

Also I prefer to use Firefox as a browser I feel it is way better than Edge and Chrome even though it doesn't work one a two websites I need to use. one only works on chrome the other only works on edge.

Let me know if you need other information.

My Win 11 (25H2) desktop occasionally sends me to renew access on my gmail account (via IEEE organization, services10.ieee.org) where I enter my walter.dinkins@ieee.org email and then it sends acknowledgement to Google or YouTube on my iPhone. Now I keep getting error message "Unable to connect". I am able to connect on my iPhone via the Firefox app but not on my PC. I added https://mail.google.com and hppts://accounts.google.com but still not luck. Any other suggestions? Regards, Walter

I have an HP AIO w/Win 11 and use Firefox for my browser. Last week I did a reset and since then when I try to use a link in Facebook it won't load. All I get is a greyed-out screen with a pulsating circle. The site the link is programmed to go to is faintly visible behind the greyed out screen. No problems if I use Google. What do I have to do to get Firefox to recognize, and open, legitimate links?

Any idea why it keeps being unable to open sites at some point, about 2-3 days after being opened? Might load eventually, but only after about 10 mins... private mode still loads quickly, though...? I tried playing with DNS, no proxies...

Firefox was somehow reset after windows update restart. I was trying to sign in to sync, but sign in button gets blurred/disabled, and nothing happens then. I am afraid that I lost my previous session also.

I was trying troubleshooting mode too, but behavior is the same.

Otherwise I can login to my Firefox account web, and I am logged in on my smart phone still.

Without warning or input from me, Firefox shuts down and upon me reopening firefox, my Outlook Hotmail E-mail account doesn't recognize my set password? I have to keep resetting my password each time???

Anybody knows if this is a Microsoft issue, or is it Firefox?

When I open Firefox, since last upgrade 13-november-2025(version 145.0) it's always in full screen ! I hate this configuration and I want to come back to the previous "normal" starting configuration. Everytime I open Firefox I must do "F11" now. How can I do ?

This is only an issue in the firefox browser - chrome, safari and edge are fine but the drop down text in firefox on some form drop downs is a weird unintelligible font

I hate the new Firefox!!!! It lost all my data from the old one, bookmarks, passwords and everything. I want to be able to revert to the previously installed version but I can't find the data. The old one was so familiar.

I'm 83 years old and have trouble remembering a lot of things but I was very happy with the earlier version!

Hello! I am running firefox and had an issue with the URL bar. Before, the URL bar was at the top and right underneath it would appear the open tabs; underneath that were my bookmarks. I don't know what I pressed, but now, the tabs and bookmarks are on top (on the same line), and the URL bar is underneath that -- see screenshot for details. It is a small issue, but it is driving me crazy, since all my mucle memory on where to click etc. is gone. Furthermore, the bookmarks now crowd the open tabs, so if I have a lot of open tabs, I cannot see them all at a glance.

I tried looking for settings, but all settings for customizing the toolbar are about adding items to the URL bar, not switching the position of URL bar and the open tabs. How do I fix this?

I have one particular tab group that stores a lot of tabs that I keep collapsed when not using them, because otherwise they clog up my tab bar. But with the new collapsed tab group preview, when I scroll along my tabs my screen will randomly flash with a full page of tabs, as there is no delay on the preview. I don't think this feature was designed with dozens of tabs with long titles in mind. The ability to have a delay on the hover effect, or preferably to disable it all together, would be much much much appreciated.

Insbesondere bei dem Aufruf meiner Überwachungskamera sowie der Wallbox innerhalb meines Heimnetzwerkes hat Firefox Probleme mit der Darstellung. Bei der Instar Kamera zeigt Firefox das Bild, aber anfangs nur extrem abgehackt, nach einigen Sekunden nur noch als Standbild mit einem sich drehenden Kreis in dem "Video läuft" steht (Anhang). Mit Edge funktioniert das Live Videobild einwandfrei. Ich möchte aber ungerne auf Edge umsteigen. An welchen Einstellungen kann das liegen? Ich habe die Adresse der Kamera schon in allen Bereichen als Ausnahme eingestellt. daran liegt es nicht.
