It looks like my firefox profile got corrupted during a power outage is there a way to repair it or at the very least get back my opened tabs? I had lot of them and it will take a long time to find them all again...

Why https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/IWOJEWDZ128 my weather station site for several months shows status offline and direct me at once to main site wunderground.com ? It is only on Firefox, Chrome, Android works normal and here it is online. Win 11, Avast Free, blockers (active adblock, ublock, ect.) In past several years was all ok I did change nothing with settings, blocker were in past also. What and where to look for?

Firefox is causing my wifi adapter to shut down

Running firefox for any length of time will shut down my wifi adapter at a random moment. The only solution is reboot

Using opera, the problem does not occur, I can run opera continuously without problem. Running firefox at anytime will cause the fail at some point.

Im running windows 11 I have run firefox in safe mode Disabled all addons Set to “No Proxy” Disabled power saving on the adapter Replaced firefox with the ESR version 140.8 , previous version was the latest I note that there are up to 11 firefox process instances in task manager (all cleared when firefox is shut down) Firefox is set to update automatically Several updates have occured during this problem Disabled hardware acceleration Cleared cache Latest wifi driver And a few more that I cant recollect at the moment

After i installed firefox net jitter somehow appeared in my cs2. every time i play jitter is jumping randomly. Can yall somehow fix this i really enjoy using this browser but i just cant play with it running in the background((((

I had about 15 pinned tabs - unloaded - that I was saving for a research project. I shut my PC down and when powered up for the next session - all the pinned tabs were gone. I never thought to record the tabs via screen shot or something.

Is this normal - what are the limits of pinned tabs ? Do they expire in a day ? When the PC powers down ? When Firefox updates ?

During the week of March 7-13, 2026, upgrade(s) caused the size of my bookmarks, fonts and tabs to shrink to barely readable (see attachment) in the Firefox browser window on my Windows 11 PC. I've tried every internet base advice article. How do I increase the size of them?

While this may sound silly, it does happen that I add bookmarks, but I might rush and forget to update/change the bookmark folder/path where to save it when I am in a hurry (and the page might end up saved, but not in a location I want, say, a news article that should be saved in "News" might end up in a "Development" bookmark path or vice-versa, depending on which path I last used to bookmark a page), or even forget where I saved it (if I did it some time ago for a "read/use/check/update later" type of thing and it is a generic article - and yes, I even have a "TODO" bookmark "directory").

While the Bookmarks windows dos have a search option (thank god!), it doesn't also show where I saved said bookmark (so that I can move, delete or do whatever to it). So please, in the Bookmarks window also add a column with the path where it is saved (obviously hidden by default), along with the URL, name, visit count, etc. I am sure code-wise, the effort is negligible, but it can help so much.

Ich habe eine Systemwarnung halten und habe versehentlich angeklickt. Defender hat einen Trojaner entdeckt. Dieser wurde entfernt. Jetzt wollte ich Firefox restaurieren. Wie ist das möglich. Was ist zu tun ?

After a usual, recent automatic Firefox update my passwords and other data (bookmarks, history etc) are missing. The update took place around March 4 and on March 10 I used Smart Switch by Samsung to transfer and sinc my phone data on my pc. After this operation I noticed the missing data and all attempts for the various methods to restore data were unsuccessful. Please advice on how to restore passwords etc..

A few weeks ago, I started to get repeated messages from Firefox asking me to make Firefox my default browser. Firefox has been my default browser for years, and I have never made anything else my default browser. Anyway, I followed the prompts and re-selected Firefox as my default browser. A little while would go by (sometimes as little as a minute) and I would again get the prompts to select Firefox as my default browser. This append 20 or 30 times. And, every time it happened, all of my saved passwords disappeared, but would reappear when I re-selected Firefox. In the last week, this situation has gotten a lot worse. Now, the saved passwords don't come back. And, the prompt you usually get when entering passwords to a new site offering to save the password doesn't appear any more. So, the only way I can rebuild my saved passwords is to enter them manually, which I am not going to do because it would take a couple of hours and then I'm pretty sure they would all disappear again. Also, I like to go to my homepage when I open a new tab. Can't do that anymore. When I open a new tab, I get a new private browsing window. I have checked all my settings a dozen times, and they are correct. I have combed your support sites and there is nothing there to help me. I don't want to dump Firefox, but I cannot continue with it behaving as it does now. Is there anyone anywhere in your organization who can help me? Thank you.

What is wrong with firefox! It doesn't work right with benzworld.org a mercedes forum. Page becomes unresponsive, or when clicking a link for a thread it takes incorrect page. Other browsers don't have this problem. Saving a bookmark, it doesn't save. Uninstall, reinstall, same thing.
