Want to request a refund for the Mozilla VPN product. However, the instructions provided snd the results I get, from following those instructions, are different.

Please help, to cancel the Mozilla VPN account. Purchased on 03/29/2021, it has cleared. Attempted to use on the Win10 box, after updating, shows a box "Waiting for subscription confirmation". Click on sign-in then it goes to payment info screen. The problem is I already purchased it 2 weeks ago, less than 30 days. Would like a refund at this point. Thank you P.S. Please help!

Cancelling Mozilla VPN subscription when no subscription listed and no app installed

Since 9/30/2020 and every month thereafter up to and including 6/30/2021, my late wife was charged $4.99 for the Mozilla VPN. She passed away after a two-year battle wit… (mear ynfo)

Since 9/30/2020 and every month thereafter up to and including 6/30/2021, my late wife was charged $4.99 for the Mozilla VPN. She passed away after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer on 7/5/2021. I want to cancel this subscription, but I don't see it listed as a subscription in her Firefox account screen, and I have no idea if (or where) she installed the app. Neither Firefox nor Mozilla list an actual phone number one can call if one runs into an issue like this, so that adds to the nightmare of losing a woman I knew and loved for 41 years. Though I am posting this question from Judy's account, judith.goldstein09@gmail.com, I am her husband, Mark Goldstein, and my email address is mngold1@comcast.net. Can someone please help?

I've just subscribed to the VPN, but I can't log in. I get as far as inputting my email when a red box appears saying "missing parameter: email. This is the Gmail address… (mear ynfo)

I've just subscribed to the VPN, but I can't log in. I get as far as inputting my email when a red box appears saying "missing parameter: email. This is the Gmail address I use for most things, and it is the one associated with my mozilla account, and I have received the confirmation emails for my subscription there too. It seems that I can't use the VPN and I can't cancel it either, as I have to do that from within the app itself. Any ideas anyone?

Can't Signup to Mozilla VPN

I go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/vpn/ and click "Get Mozilla VPN", it asks me to log in with my Firefox account. After that it redirects me to https://accou… (mear ynfo)

I go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/vpn/ and click "Get Mozilla VPN", it asks me to log in with my Firefox account. After that it redirects me to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings with no option to actually signup or pay for Mozilla VPN.

How do I actually signup?

I wonder how many customers you're losing because your signup flow is broken and confusing.

We have multiple devices and 2 Mozilla/Firefox accounts in our household. 1. With the 5 account/$4.99 introductory offer, can the subscription be shared between the two accounts? I did see that if 2 users long in on one device, that that accounts as 2 devices. 2. And if we want to add more devices than 5, can we only purchase another 5 account subscription, or is their a way to add devices ala cart? 3. How long does introductory offer last, once you sign-up and what is the regular monthly charge?

Also as an example, as the VPN can be bought in France, can it be used by a member of the family (a student for ex.) in another country to get access to the french addresses as if he would be based in France (by selecting a FR server ?) ?
