After recent updates of Firefox and comcast.net, I cannot open my comcast email. I am able to do with internet explorer. I can access comcast but after I get into my email inbox preview I am unable to open any of the emails.
between the updates of Firefox and whatever comcast had recently done, I am unable to go beyond my email preview box. The comcast support tech, had me try internet explorer and I was able to. They stated that it might an addon I need for the firefox browser to complete the loop. thanks, steve
