Why won't 4.0 work with the mail function in PayPal, 3.6.. does!?

I had to switch back from 4.0 to a 3.6...version of Firefox because I couldn't print my shipping labels anymore in PayPal after I Downgraded(: to 4.0. This is a major problem I am sure there are a large number of PayPal users who use the online shipping and printing of labels and packing slips...I don't want to switch to 4.0 until it can deliver the functionality that I already have with 3.6...but I live in fear that it won't be supported much longer and I will have to use(: I.
