I can't seem to get microphone and video to work I've checked the permissions and still it's not working. I need to sign a docusign with a notary and time is of the essence . I am about to throw the phone at the wall. please help

I assume you are using Firefox for Android in your phone?

It can be that your settings are blocking the play of video: for example, no playing without WiFi
