Facebook ID upload is not working

Hello, I need help with Firefox. I am trying to upload my ID on Facebook to recover my suspended account. But when I click "Next" it says "Something went wrong". I tried Desktop site but same error. Please help me fix this in Firefox. Thank you.

FaceBook says it is not available on Samsung.
