Tab crashes

Hello, I've been watching MSNOW at 4pm eastern and after about half an hour it crashes. I get a message to send a report and restore the tab. I restore the tab which works for maybe ten minutes and crashes again. I am using Windows 11 on a new computer. I'd appreciate some assistance. Thanks. Bruce Caress

Hi,
In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about the crashes.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Thanks! Could you please try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and see if the issue persists?
Is there more detail about the crashed tab in the Browser Console?
There is a bug linked to the crash report, but that was fixed for Firefox 144, so your issue might be different.
Hello, I ran under troubleshoot mode for two days. Monday I had no problem. Tuesday it crashed with the following error: bp-3ae9f5c6-e7c1-4039-951e-2e5570260512 5/12/2026, 4:53 PM . I looked at the browser console but unfortunately it really means nothing to me. If there is particular information from the console I can look for let me know.
