Ctrl + scroll used to zoom exactly 10% (in or out) now with 1 scroll, the page gets zoomed in at least 30% but it's not consistant

Ctrl + scroll used to zoom exactly 10% (in or out) now with 1 scroll, the page gets zoomed in at least 30% but it's not consistent. right now, I tried CTRL+scroll up and the zoom went up to %133. I'd appreciate your assistance.

ps, IDK if it's related but I just updated Firefox to version 150.0

It is now controlled by the toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues preference in about:config. You can set it whatever you like.
