Pressing Printscreen Opens a New Window

Hello there

I'm running version 146.0.1 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 machine, and I've found that trying to use printscreen now opens Firefox. I cannot discern why, if it's a Windows setting or a keyboard issue or anything else

things I've tried:

- Disabling every extension - Disabling AMD Radeon - Disabling ShareX (My normal screenshot program) - Factory resetting my Keychron Q6 Max (in case there's some weird macro that got set up)

Any ideas? This might not be a firefox issue, but I figured I'd ask here. Thank you

Hello, Here are some ways to solve the problem : 1. Check about:config: Type about:config in the address bar, accept the risk, search for extensions.screenshots.disabled, and ensure it's false (or toggle it to false if it's true).

2. Accessibility Settings: Press Win + I, go to Accessibility > Keyboard, and toggle the "Use the Print Screen key to open screen snipping" setting to Off. Then, restart your computer.
