I’m not very good with working these phones. Mine has been hacked a Mac keeps logging into my email and I do not own a Mac. I just have my iPhone 15 plus. What do I need to do to secure my phone more?

Hi

If you go to https://accounts.firefox.com/ and select Connected Services, you will be able to revoke access to a connection.

Given that this would not have connected without a cess to your email account, you may wish to change the password and see if you can add two factor authentication as an additional layer of security.
