Hi, there's a wheel in the left column of the following page for "Manage Locations":
https://www.yahoo.com/news/weather/forecast/
I have not tested, but my guess is that you could select your preferred weather location there.
Just in case:
If you are looking at the weather widget on Firefox's built-in Firefox Home / new tab page, use the ... to the right of the listed city to search for a different city. See: Customize items on your Firefox New Tab page
