Firefox 115.14.0esr is the most current version you can run on Windows 7 (and also 8, 8.1) as Firefox 116.0 or later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

Unless Mozilla extends support with more updates for the older Firefox 115 ESR channel, the last planned update will be 115.15.0esr in early September. After that there will be no more updates for the Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 users.

Since I had Firefox on my WIndows 7 machine but had to reinstall everything due to a bad hard drive. Tried to install this 115.15 ESR version and get the error that I need to be on windows 8 for this version. So really bummed. There must be a way to get some kind of version back on the machine??? Any help would be appreciated. Ed

The current version of Firefox 115 ESR is Fx 115.20.0esr as Mozilla decided after my earlier reply to extend updates from 115.16.0esr and on.

Unless Mozilla makes the decision in next while to extend updates again, the last planned update may be Firefox 115.21.0esr in March.

Firefox 115 ESR from 115.16.0ear and on is being updated with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 OS users in mind.
