Theme breaks whenever I stretch the window or go fullscreen mode.

I need some help with figuring out why when I switch from windowed mode to fullscreen mode my theme breaks. First image is how it should look and how it normally looks while I have a small window open and it isnt stretched. Second picture is what it looks like when I stretch it out or go fullscreen mode. I was wondering is there a way I can fix it myself or can it only be done by the author?

Hi

This is something that the theme artist will need to fix by making the image file in their theme the right scale so it can still look great on larger screens.
