That question is best direct to TotalAv support to reply back to. Also what is the URL and screenshot error? This is so others can verify or replicate the error to discount if it's not a Browser but a site issue.

Hi. Since most people who post here are ordinary users, I doubt that you can get a reply to your first question. An extension I used ceased to be available; if I go to its website, it now refers only to two other browsers. Some extensions are on a 'blocklist'. The extension I link below is a widely recommended content blocker.

Can you provide the url of the site you cannot load? Try deleting cookies and, if that doesn't help, try troubleshooting.
