Hey, Sorry for the inconvenience. As of now I am not aware that there is any other method to get a refund other then from the app only. Can you install the app in your smartphone and continue with the refund steps from there? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn
