When in vpn.mozilla.org, I click on "Try Mozilla VPN" button and, after I log in, the subscription page content doesn't load. Then I refresh the page and this dialog message appears "General application error. Something went wrong. Please try again later.". It's like this since two days ago - any alternative to subscribe?

Keazen oplossing

It's strange, I just tested and I can see the payment page. To test, if you are using those, try disabling all ad-blockers and pi-hole/third-party DNS servers (if you have those), etc and press CTRL+F5 on the payment page.

This will clear cache and reload the page.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. To make sure I understand you properly, your issue is that you cannot get to the application download page after signing into your Firefox account?

  • If this is the case then the first thing to try would be clearing cache and site data. Then try the flow again.

This knowledge base article explains how to clear cache and site data on Firefox. Check the MacOS section for details instructions.

I hope this helps. But if you continue having the issue you could also try the flow in a private window.

  • Click on the hamburger menu (3 lines) in your Firefox Browser > then click new private window
  • While in the private window try going through the login and download flow.

Let us know if these resolve your issue or if it persists.

Regards
